Max Verstappen is the superstar driver of Red Bull Racing and one of the biggest names in Formula 1 today. He joined the Red Bull main team in 2016 and made history by winning his first race with them in Spain, becoming the youngest F1 race winner at the time. 

He won his first Formula 1 World Championship in 2021, after a close battle with Lewis Hamilton, and then continued to dominate the sport by winning more titles in 2022, 2023, and 2024. 

Verstappen signing a historic five-year contract extension in March 2022, which runs through the end of the 2028 season. He earns an estimated $65 million, translating to around €55.3 million or £47.6 million per year, equivalent to about $1,250,000 ( about £915,400 or €1,063,000 ) per week.
